 There’s a cozy local restaurant near my place that specializes in ganjang gejang — a traditional Korean dish made by marinating raw crabs in soy sauce. After walking past it so many times, I finally stopped by for a meal... and I was seriously impressed. This restaurant is actually part of a small local chain based in Incheon. I visited the Dohwa branch, which is located in a rather unexpected area — the surroundings are mostly empty due to redevelopment, but this spot is still standing strong. This place is part of a well-known Thai chain specializing in upgraded versions of traditional boat noodles. Interestingly, this restaurant also gained popularity among Korean tourists after appearing on the variety show Earth Arcade ( 지구오락실 ).
